Refund & Returns Policy

At Fashion Kotha Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We always try to deliver the right product with the best quality. However, if you face any issue, we are here to help with an easy and fair return or exchange process.

Please read the policy below carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The size is incorrect (our mistake)

  • The item is missing parts or accessories

You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Must be in original condition

  • Tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

  • No perfume, stain, or damage caused by the customer

If these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cases are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Used or damaged items after delivery

  • Color difference due to screen/lighting

  • Discounted or clearance products (unless damaged)

4. Return Process

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us via Phone/WhatsApp within 24 hours

  2. Share your Order ID + product photo/video

  3. Our team will verify the issue

  4. Courier will pick up or you may send the item back

  5. After inspection, we process exchange/refund

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • Replacement product is not available

  • Order is cancelled before shipping

  • Product is out of stock after payment

Refund method:

  • Cash on Delivery → bKash/Bank transfer

  • Online Payment → Same payment method

Refund time: 3–7 working days

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available for size or damaged/wrong items

  • Exchange delivery may take 2–5 working days

  • One-time exchange only per order

7. Delivery Charges

  • If it’s our mistake → We pay return delivery cost

  • If customer reason → Customer bears delivery cost
